Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for a full-time experienced, Stage Manager to work on the London production of STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW.

Written by Kate Trefry, an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne and Kate Trefry, directed by Stephen Daldry, co-directed by Justin Martin for the Phoenix Theatre and produced by Netflix and Sonia Friedman Productions – running in the West End since November 2023.

Previous experience as a Stage Manager on a busy show is essential. Skills required include attention to detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy live production environment and good all-round technical skills. Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Stage Manager on a first-class West End production.

Please Note: All applicants must be able to commit to the full contract and must have the right to work in the UK.

Job Location: West End, London

Contract Type: Fixed term, Full Time.

Salary: Weekly rate as per SOLT/Equity Agreement.

Weekly Hours: 6 day working weeks (Tuesday to Sunday); 8 shows per week plus maintenance and understudy calls.
