Kash Bennett
President
Kash Bennett’s term as SOLT President commenced on 19 June at the 2024 AGM.
Kash was Managing Director of National Theatre Productions for ten years, overseeing National Theatre work outside of the Southbank, producing 24 West End transfers 10 UK tours 4 international tours and 3 Broadway transfers.
Before joining the National Theatre, Bennett was Head of Production for Stage Entertainment UK, where she general managed numerous West End and touring productions such as Hairspray, Sister Act, Oliver! and Memphis.
Her producing credits include several award-winning Broadway productions. The Lehman Trilogy, produced by Bennett, won the 2022 Tony Award for Best Play. She also produced the 2018 Broadway revival of Angels in America, which won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play and Drama Desk Awards for Outstanding Revival.
In 2024, Bennett was appointed President of the Society of London Theatre, representing West End theatre owners, producers, and managers. She left the National Theatre in September to join Sonia Friedman Productions as Executive Director and was recently made a Fellow of the Guildhall School.
