The Opportunity: Lead, Innovate, Shape – This is not a “maintenance” job – it is a launchpad. Reporting to
the Director of Marketing & Sales, you will lead and empower a talented, team of four direct reports (a
Revenue & Insights Manager, two Campaigns Officers, and an In-House Videographer / Designer) and
Distribution Assistant.
You will have the autonomy to shape how we connect with audiences across 3 live performance venues, (in
collaboration with the Film Manager) a thriving cinema programme, a museum, and our vital community
engagement projects. You will balance the thrill of commercial box office success with the deep reward of
charitable impact, turning data insights into creative campaigns that get people through our doors
