**General Manager, Theatre Productions**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised General Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale theatre productions from pre-production through to closing. Working closely with Producers, Executive Producers, Directors, creative teams and production departments, the General Manager will lead the operational, financial and contractual management of productions including West End shows, UK tours, international transfers, workshops and new productions.

The role will be responsible for developing and managing production budgets, overseeing contracts and negotiations, coordinating staffing and recruitment, ensuring compliance with union agreements and employment requirements, and providing strategic oversight across all areas of production delivery. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for production teams, venues and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.
