We want every visitor to know who we are, what we do, and how they can enjoy our performances, events, tours, exhibitions, shop, café, restaurants and more! You can lead the conversation so that every visitor feels welcomed and included, no matter their background.

What you will be doing

  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • Share information and answer questions
  • Accompany tour groups to ensure they remain together
  • Help to manage queues and busy spaces
  • Assist staff in keeping everyone safe
  • Escalate problems or complaints to staff
  • Use radio to communicate with staff and volunteer team
