This is a practical, fast-paced role at the heart of our operations team. You’ll be responsible for supporting a wide range of office services — from managing meeting room bookings and coordinating orders to fielding last-minute staff requests and ensuring everything behind the scenes stays on track. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and enjoys being that go-to person others can rely on.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and day-to-day logistics
- Handling purchasing, stationery, and office supplies across both sites
- Supporting building maintenance requests and service calls
- Responding to operational queries from staff and visitors
- Assisting with onboarding new starters and office inductions
- Helping the team maintain accurate records and supplier details
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is calm under pressure, with a flexible and positive attitude
- Has strong organisational skills and enjoys creating order from chaos
- Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
