Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across a variety of productions
• Leading on campaign activity across digital and social channels
• Creating engaging high-quality digital content including copywriting and social assets
• Briefing designers and video editors and overseeing artwork and asset deadlines
• Liaising with web developers and maintaining CMS websites
• Monitoring and reporting on sales data and digital analytics (Google, Meta)
• Coordinating tour print campaigns
• Building strong working relationships with producers, artists, venues, media and suppliers
• Organising press calls, interviews and managing press coverage distribution
• Attending client and venue team meetings, rehearsals, press nights, shoots and promotional events
(including occasional evenings and travel outside of London)
• Undertaking additional duties as reasonably required

This is a fast-moving role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and confidence
working across multiple live campaigns simultaneously.

Essential Criteria
• Minimum two years’ marketing experience within arts, theatre or live entertainment
• Confidence delivering digital marketing campaigns and knowledge of digital trends
• Experience of managing social media accounts and content creation
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise across multiple deadlines
• Confidence interpreting digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta insights) and sales data
• Meticulous attention to detail and proof-reading ability
• Proactive, self-motivated and a team player
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
• A genuine passion for theatre and live performance

Desirable Skills
• Basic Canva and video editing skills
• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Strong visual awareness and understanding of design principles

Contract details
• Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm (Additional hours required occasionally for press nights and events)
• Salary: From £32,000 (dependent on experience)
• Holiday: 22 days per annum (pro rata)
• Location: 2nd Floor, 62 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1D 6LT
• Probation: Three-month probationary period
• Notice Period: Two months following probation
