Nottingham Playhouse is looking for a dynamic and motivated Head of Ticketing to lead our ticketing strategy and drive income growth.
We want our theatre to be a space where everyone feels they belong and our shows, productions and participation and Amplify programmes reach widely into our city and community.
As Head of Ticketing, you’ll be at the centre of our relationships with our audiences, participants and supporters. You’ll:
- Develop and deliver Nottingham Playhouse’s ticketing strategy aligned to our goals and financial targets
- Drive revenue management, dynamic pricing and sales campaigns that balance income with access and audience development
- Provide strategic oversight of ticketing and CRM systems
- Lead and motivate our friendly Box Office team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Be our Data Champion, overseeing customer data insights to support marketing and business decisions
We’re seeking someone with:
- Significant ticketing experience in cultural/customer-facing settings
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with proven ability to drive income
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance
