Hours: 21 hours per week, remote and flexible
Salary: £40,000 per annum, pro rata

About the Role:
As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will play a critical role in creating and executing strategies that drive awareness of PiPA’s new brand, attract new Partners, and grow our offer for employers. Working closely with the new Head of Membership you will ensure that our communications initiatives are aligned with our overall organisational goals,celebrating existing Partners and attracting prospective new Partners.
This is both a strategic and delivery role. Day to day delivery is part of all roles at PiPA and we all share responsibility for administration. Equally, as a change making organisation, a strategic mindset is required for this role to be able to identify and maximise opportunities that promote impact and drive change. You will have a strong commitment to people, representation, and anti-racism.
