The Governance Manager role will involve leading on statutory and mandatory returns, annual review of policies and terms of reference, monitoring against funding conditions, and general administration of the governance systems that underpin the running of The Rep as a registered charity, limited company and publicly funded organisation. You will also work closely with the Chair of the Board, Board Members, Committee Chairs and Executive to manage arrangements for meetings at board and executive level.

We want our Rep to be culturally informed and accessible to all, so we encourage you to celebrate and share your own cultural experience and knowledge of our city proudly in your application.
