THE ROLE
This newly created role sits at the heart of the Mischief Brand & Marketing team, providing essential digital expertise across the organisation. The Digital Marketing & Content Manager will lead the ongoing development and optimisation of the Mischief website, oversee brand and production social media channels, and deliver insightful digital analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Working closely with production marketing teams, this role will shape and support social media campaign strategy, coordinate high-quality content creation and distribution, and nurture vibrant online communities of Mischief fans. Acting as a central point of oversight for the expanding Mischief digital ecosystem, the role will ensure a cohesive, engaging, and authentic online brand presence that protects brand integrity, drives audience growth, enhances visibility, and contributes to long-term commercial sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WEBSITE

- Work with ticketing providers to optimise online booking journeys.
- Oversee website development and roadmap, in partnership with design agency.
- Monitor and analyse website performance, providing insights to inform strategic decisions that are data-driven.
- Manage website content updates, responsible for removing outdated or incorrect information.
- Manage domains owned and controlled by Mischief Worldwide Ltd.
- Collaborate with digital media agencies to support planning and executing effective paid campaigns for producers.
- Implement SEO best practices.
- Optimise UX website navigation.
- Ensure legal documents are updated and maintained.
- Coordinate integrations across the digital ecosystem, managing third party tools and software
SOCIAL MEDIA

- Coordinate digital storytelling, ensuring social media is a major driver of ticket sales.
- Develop and execute social media strategy, aligned with brand and production marketing and business objectives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity across all social media content.
- Monitor emerging platforms, trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Plan, coordinate the creation of, and publish high-quality content that is tailored to each social platform and remains true to the brand.
- Oversee editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Manage social media communities; monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries across all platforms.
- Engage with partnerships, influencers, and relevant industry partners. Manage collaboration briefs, deliverables, timelines, and performance reporting.
- Monitor social mentions and brand sentiment, managing crisis communication on social channels when required.

CONTENT

- Manage the end-to-end content creation process including briefing, production, editing, and quality control, to deliver high-quality assets.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimised and adheres to digital best practices.
- Implement and maintain content workflows, version control, and approval processes.
- Ensure all content is up-to-date, compliant, rights-cleared, and aligned with brand standards.
- Distribute content across owned, earned, and paid channels including websites, social media, email, blogs, landing pages, partner channels, and digital publications, working with partners, PR teams, influencers, and media outlets to broaden content reach.
- Ensure alignment between content and broader marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with paid media teams to ensure content assets perform effectively in advertising campaigns.
- Identify revenue opportunities and oversee revenue channels across platforms including YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, blog/website, podcasts, etc.
ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS

- Track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools including Sprout, GA4, Search Console, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, and social listening tools.
- Produce regular performance reports and present insights in a clear and compelling narrative for internal teams and senior stakeholders, advising on optimisation opportunities.
- Understanding of data privacy, GDPR, cookie consent practices, and how these impact data reliability and digital strategy.
- Ability to analyse and optimise ticket sale journeys, from inbound traffic through to conversion behaviour.
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing across website content, CTAs, landing pages, and social formats, establishing a culture of test-and-learn.
GENERAL

PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Demonstrable professional experience in a similar marketing or digital content role.
- Experience managing social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Lin
- Strong interest in live entertainment or the arts, social media and digital content.
- Basic design skills.
- Experience of delivering creative digital ideas and presenting concepts to creative and delivery partners
- Highly organised, dependable, and proactive.
- Creative problem solving
- Experience managing multi-platform content ecosystems and scheduling tools.
- Confident using analytics tools.
- Experience working with external agencies, designers, content creators, and marketing partners.
