Key Accountabilities/Duties
- To complete the rotas for all Theatre staff
- To be the initial point of contact for all regular bookers
- To be responsible for ticket sales and retail sales, including food and drink
- To be responsible for box office enquiries
- To address any customer issues and refer them to the correct person if necessary.
- To be the initial point of contact for all staff and to address any issues they may have, referring them to the correct person if necessary.
- To maintain a good working relationship between Latimer Arts College and Schools Plus
- To be responsible for cash handling
- To be a key holder
- To deal with invoicing and show statements for customers
- To deal with timesheets at the end of each month
- To manage effective and clear communications between all employees
- To report regularly to the Area Manager on the Theatres’ performance
- To make sure that show nights run efficiently
- To ensure the bar is always well-stocked, products are procured, and the correct change is available.
- To make sure that, following the run of a show, all accounts are settled quickly and efficiently
- To set high standards of customer care, service and building cleanliness
- To undertake any other duties as required from time to time
- To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Company’s Health and Safety and Food Hygiene and Standard Policies and other Company policies, procedures and requirements
- To conduct his/her behaviour so that the Company’s reputation is protected and enhanced
Person Requirements
- Technical knowledge of lighting, sound effects etc.
- Ability to lead a small Theatre team
- Customer-facing experience
Remuneration
£33,500 FTE
20 hours £16,750.00 pa
25 hours £20,937.50 pa
30 hours £25,125.00 pa
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16,750.00-£25,125.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
