The Mercury is Essex’s only full-time producing theatre, and last year saw us welcome over 105,000 audience members to shows and a further 20,000 who come to events in our café bar and piazza.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Assistant to work to enable the smooth running of our ticket sales operations and ensure first class customer care in line with the Mercury’s values.

In this role you will provide a welcoming, friendly environment for all customers, visitors and participants to the Mercury. Assistants will sell tickets and merchandise at the box office and assist with ticket sales administrative tasks.

If you have the experience needed, are highly organised, with a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you.

Please be aware that this role involves evening and weekend work.
