What we’re looking for
Our vacancy is for Company Manager supporting the Scottish Ballet touring company.
In a nutshell, this role is best suited to someone who has:
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, a willingness to contribute new ideas and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Flexibility of personal commitments to cope with travel, touring and attending performances and other events including evenings and weekends.
- An affinity with Scottish Ballet’s culture and values and enthusiasm for the arts.
It’s a full-time, permanent role:
- Salary is up to £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.
- The role is full-time, 35 hours per week (non-touring weeks – adjusted for touring weeks).
- Working hours will be flexible, with evening and weekend work applicable to touring schedules and business travel requirements.
- The role is based in our Glasgow HQ (non-touring weeks) and includes extensive travel.
