Chair Role Description:
Lead the Board in meeting the strategic aims, vision, and goals of PiPA
Facilitate Board oversight of risk (financial, reputational, operational) and
internal controls; approve budgets and monitor financial sustainability (with the
Treasurer)
Empower the Board to embed PiPA’s anti-racism policy and EDIB strategy in all
its work.
Be a trusted ally to the Co-CEOs, acting as a critical friend, offering guidance and
constructive feedback, holding them to account, whilst respecting the non executive nature of the role
