You will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic and excited by the opportunity to promote and provide excellent customer experience to our community and visitors.

The Box Office and Sales Manager plays a crucial role overseeing our Box Office team and practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high standard of customer service in keeping with our community centred values.

You will ensure the Box Office team are trained appropriately and are kept fully informed so they can perform their duties to the highest standard.
