The Assistant Box Office and Front of House Manager is responsible for ensuring that every customer has the best experience possible at Kiln Theatre, Cinema and Bar.
They will be an integral part of the Audiences & Sales and Operations teams, working to ensure the smooth-running of the Box Office and Front of House operations and assisting with the management of their casual teams.
They ensure that Front of House, as the public face of Kiln, welcomes audiences and delivers excellent customer service, while also operationally ensuring that health and safety regulations and licensing of the building are met at all times.
