The Society of London Theatre (SOLT) is delighted to announce its third cohort of Associate Members – future theatre industry leaders who will join the organisation for a two-year term.
The 2025 cohort represents a dynamic and diverse group of producers and general managers who have contributed to notable works such as Shifters, Six, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, and the forthcoming stage adaptation of The Hunger Games.
The new Associate Members are:
- Aimee Belchak – Associate General Manager, The Old Vic.
- Grace Dickson – Independent Producer and Finance Manager, Runaway Entertainment.
- Winnie Imara – Producing Co-ordinator, Royal Court Theatre.
- Azera Jones – Associate Producer, Sonia Friedman Productions.
Launched in March 2023, the Associate Membership scheme identifies and supports the next generation of theatre leaders at early to mid-career stage. As part of SOLT’s ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, the scheme actively encourages applications from individuals historically underrepresented within the organisation’s membership.
Associate Members benefit from opportunities to expand their networks, access tailored professional development and gain deeper insight into the wider industry. The scheme also serves as a potential pathway to full SOLT membership. Notable alumni include Ameena Hamid, now a SOLT Deposit Member and producer of the Olivier Award-nominated Why Am I So Single?
Kash Bennett, President of Society of London Theatre, commented:
“I’m absolutely thrilled to welcome our new cohort of Associate Members. Aimee, Grace, Winnie and Azera have already made an impact on London’s world-leading theatre scene, and I cannot wait to see what they do next. As President it is an honour to be able to help foster the next generation of theatre leaders and increase equality of opportunity within our industry.”
Aimee Belchak – Associate General Manager for The Old Vic:
“I’m truly honoured to have been selected as an Associate Member of SOLT. This membership presents an incredible opportunity to engage with and learn from industry leaders. I’m looking forward to contributing to SOLT’s impactful initiatives and being able to play a small part in shaping the future of those.”
Grace Dickson – Independent Producer and Finance Manager at Runaway Entertainment:
“I’m thrilled to be a part of the newest cohort of SOLT Associate Members. Having produced work successfully on the fringe and midscale levels for years, I’m looking forward to stepping up into a leading role on larger commercial productions. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to immerse myself in a network of producers at the forefront of the industry, to progress my career and portfolio, and to participate in SOLT’s advocacy for a stronger theatre sector.”
Winnie Imara – Producing Co-ordinator for the Royal Court Theatre:
“Grateful to be a part of this. Being a SOLT member allows me to gain access to areas of the industry I wouldn’t necessarily have, I’m looking forward to being a part of a new network of industry professionals, growing further as a Producer and most importantly contributing to the change I want to see.”
Azera Jones – Associate Producer for Sonia Friedman Productions:
“I’m thrilled to be joining SOLT as an associate member. I’m looking forward to connecting with industry leaders, gaining valuable insights, and fully embracing the opportunities this membership offers. I’m excited to be taking my next step into the wider London theatre community.”
