Kids Week

Every year, for the whole of August, a child aged 17 or under can go to any participating show for free where tickets are available when they’re accompanied by an adult paying full price. Adults can also buy up to two extra children’s tickets at half price and there are no booking fees.

The initiative, which was started in 1998, continues to be the perfect way for people to introduce their whole family to theatre over the summer holidays – with great London shows and great value theatre tickets.

I passionately believe that a trip to the theatre is something that everyone should be able to enjoy. Since its conception in 1998 Kids Week has enabled so many families to be able to afford to see the best theatre that London has to offer. Kids Week has been so successful thanks to the generous and on-going support of the producers and their casts and creatives who have gone above and beyond to offer free tickets and unique activities. Plus, the tireless work of my team who remain committed to the core Kids Go Free offer and have always strived to ensure that we deliver the best experience possible for our audiences. So many children have had their first experience of London theatre thanks to Kids Week and I hope it continues to inspire for many years to come.
