Who does it cover?
Theatre staff in the West End. Box Office, Administration, Technical Staff, Performance and Front of House, Firemen, Stage Door, Catering Staff, Cleaners, Wigs and Wardrobe. There is a separate agreement for working in the rest of the UK (www.UKTheatre.co.uk).
Non-members can download the current rates of pay here. Logged in members can access the agreements and additional advice below. Please note that the Agreement has been revised as per the settlement ratified on 9 January 2024. A copy of the settlement agreement is available for members at the bottom of the page, and an updated Agreement incorporating the changes will be made available in due course.
Please note that SOLT affiliate members will use UK Theatre agreements and rates. These can be found on the UK Theatre website.
The minimum rates of pay are contained within SOLT-negotiated Agreements that have specific terms and conditions of employment. Any queries should be directed to Lisa Radford or 020 7557 6700 but please note that advice on rates and other industrial relations matters is available only to only SOLT Members. These Agreements may be obtained by non-members of SOLT at a cost of £50.00 per copy by contacting SOLT.
