Based in the heart of the West End, SOLT employs over 60 staff across a variety of roles in media, marketing, events, legal, employment relations, digital, sales, finance and administration.

Human Resources Manager (Part-time)

Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre Association (UK Theatre) are not-for-profit membership organisations representing theatre owners, managers and producers in central London and across the UK respectively.  The organisations are independent, but largely share a common staff. SOLT and UK Theatre have around 70 full and part-time staff operating over 2 central London sites.

We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager. This is a key role at SOLT/UK Theatre, responsible for providing first class H.R. support, advice and guidance to Managers and Staff. We seek an experienced, flexible, self-motivated individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as this is a stand alone post.

Hours: 15 hours per week – flexible but minimum of 3 days per week.

Salary: Up to £18K pa (based on £42K FTE) dependant on experience
