The Lyric Hammersmith is one of the UK’s leading producing theatres. The Lyric produces world class theatre from the heart of Hammersmith, the theatre’s home for more than a hundred and twenty five years. The theatre has gained a national reputation for its work in forging pathways into the arts for young talent from all backgrounds.
We are now recruiting for a Springboard Producer to join our Young People’s Team. This is a part time (4 days a week) permanent role. The role will be responsible for cultivating, managing and overseeing all aspects Springboard, the Lyrics flagship training programme for theatres future artists. The post includes direct producing responsibilities for The Bill Cashmore Award, Young Lyric Associates, Born in the Borough and artistic response projects to our main house productions.
This role is a key member of the Young Lyric department, the Springboard Producer contributes to the overall strategic development of the Young Lyric programme and plays an active leadership role across the team.
This post will require a current or application for a Disclosure and Barring certificate to meet with safeguarding compliance.
