The Senior Producer is part of the Producing department within the theatre structure; three Producers and an
Assistant Producer share the responsibility of producing all in-house produced Festival Season productions in the Festival and Minerva Theatres and supporting the development of new and future productions.
The Senior Producer will work closely with the Head of Producing and the Artistic and Executive Directors of
Chichester Festival Theatre (CFT), providing a range of services, including the negotiation of licence, commission
and co-production agreements, line producing Festival Season productions, preparation of detailed budgets,
budgetary control, contract negotiation and writing and management of production teams
The Senior Producer will play a vital role in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing the logistics of producing and co-producing productions at Chichester Festival Theatre.
