About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Officer you will focus on:

  • Delivering marketing campaigns for ENB performances across the UK, public events, engagement projects, digital platforms and more, to relevant target audiences
  • Working with stakeholders at UK partner venues to plan and implement local marketing campaigns.
  • Overseeing development of campaign assets, working in-house and with external designers.
  • Using ENB’s ESP, manage the schedule, content and distribution of ENB e-newsletters: writing content, pulling lists, running A/B tests, monitoring and sharing results.
  • Monitoring campaign results (traffic, referrals, conversions) through GA4 and wider data sources, using insights to improve performance.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Selection Criteria

As a Senior Marketing Officer you will need to demonstrate that you have:

  • Proven experience of working on a variety of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and ticket sales within an arts, music, or creative environment.
  • Experience of creating marketing collateral for on and offline activity that are impactful and meet brand guidelines, demonstrating a high standard of English in all written material.
  • Successful track record delivering to campaign targets and shaping activity to target audiences.
  • Experience in working with a suite of analytical tools (eg GA4) to test, monitor and assess campaign performance.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good knowledge of different marketing, advertising and promotional channels, and how to manage these for optimal cost/benefit impact.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload in order to manage volume and meet deadlines across a varied programme of activities.
