The Senior Events Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building upon and delivering Kiln’s commercial events and hires business – enabling the organisation to achieve its ambitious income targets by generating relationships and sales with commercial clients. As a core member of the Operations team, the Senior Events Sales Manager will be responsible for the management of all internal hire events.

This key position requires skills in growing revenue streams from hires across all Kiln spaces – including but not limited to Rehearsal Room, Cinema, John Lyons Space, James Baldwin Studio and Theatre Auditorium – ensuring a significant contribution to the organisation’s sustained success and growth.
The Senior Events Sales Manager will be part of the team responsible for delivering a warm and inclusive welcome, consistently providing excellent customer service that reflects Kiln’s commitment to hospitality and inclusivity and encouraging repeat business. At the same time, they will advance Kiln’s mission to be a building for all whilst overseeing the broader scope of our venue hire offerings alongside the busy activities of the theatre and other Kiln departments.
