Responsibilities and Duties |
· Assist Head Of Department to ensure the smooth running of all rehearsals and performances
· Assist on any day-to-day changes that might impact the running of the Production · Assist Head Of Department to teach new members of staff and deps.
· Work in accordance with the Health And Safety Policy and maintain a good working knowledge of all relevant health and safety legislation and good working practices. · Liaise closely with Disney’s Health and Safety Manager to ensure that the Health And Safety Policy is followed · Work closely and in conjunction with the Company Manager. |
Skills Required |
· Clear, confident communication and decision making essential
· Ability to remain focused and calm when under pressure · Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills with cast, creative and production team essential · Excellent problem-solving skills and use of own initiative · A full awareness of need for integrity and confidentiality · Ability to work at height · Knowledge of maintaining stage Props and scenic painting · Confidant with power tools and basic carpentry · Experience in a similar role within a large-scale musical production working with an international cast is highly desirable |

Additional Information |
· Rolling yearly fixed term contracts, start date ASAP
· 48 hours per week. · Weekend and evening work integral (Tuesday to Sunday show schedule). · This role will require the candidate to understand and follow the Health and safety rules & regulations at the production. |
