Digital Community Manager
£28,000 – £32,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
21 hours per week, remote and flexible

This is an opportunity for someone to love and mobilise the PiPA community in all its forms, through digital communication campaigns. You’ll love community building and understand why people join and stay in the community – and how supported community can both instigate and bring about change in the sector.
You’ll be proactive in caring for and building our community – you’ll make sure they can access great digital experiences and that their voices and stories are held and amplified.You’ll be excited by automation, user journey and experience, and high click rates!
You’ll be excited by possibilities and have a flexible mindset. You’ll be open to new ways of thinking and ways to work with the community to bring about change through innovative digital strategies. Day to day delivery is part of all roles at PiPA and we all share responsibility for administration.
In this, you’ll bring to life and deliver our marketing and communications strategy alongside our Head of Marketing & Communications. We’re working on some big brand developments in 2025, and supported by the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll champion the PiPA Community user journey and experience. This is a new role and you’ll be supported to make it your own.
