The Role

We are seeking a robust, creative and resilient Course Leader for MA/MFA Musical Theatre. In collaboration with the Head of Musical Theatre, you will lead on the planning, delivery, and development of LAMDA’s MA and MFA Musical Theatre Courses.

The successful candidate will have extensive breadth and depth of specialist knowledge within Musical Theatre, underpinned by relevant professional experience, and/or theoretical and academic expertise.

You will have proven experience of delivering teaching and training in one or more of the following areas (UG and PG level): Acting, Singing, or Dance, and experience as a Musical Theatre director, Musical Director or Choreographer is desirable.

You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and be a collaborative team player. With demonstrable pastoral skills, you will be able to deal with complex, sensitive information where persuasive, motivational, and empathic skills are required.
