Theatre Tokens Administration Assistant
Society of London Theatre (SOLT) is the not-for-profit organisation which provides a collective voice for its members - the theatre owners, producers and managers of all the major commercial and grant-aided theatres across London.
As part of the range of services we provide to our members, we operate Theatre Tokens, a national gift voucher scheme (established 1984) which promotes and supports theatregoing across the UK.
We are now recruiting for a Theatre Tokens Administration Assistant. This role includes responsibility for day to day administrative tasks alongside one off projects. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, experience of Microsoft Office and have spent some time supporting a small team. We seek a calm individual with a customer service focus and keen eye for detail, who wishes to pursue a career in administration.
Theatre Tokens are about to introduce a new operating platform which will expand what we can offer to both consumers and theatres. As such, this is a very exciting time to be joining the team.
