AKA are seeking a highly experienced individual to fill the newly created role of Sales Insight Director. This senior position reports directly to the Board, and is responsible for leading the future direction and strategy of ticketing and sales insight as we continue to develop this aspect of our business with innovative new services and significant technological investment.
The right candidate will have experience of working with box offices and/or ticket agents across one or more of the following sectors; theatres, exhibitions, festivals, concerts, arts venues, site specific events. You will know how to process significant amounts of data, have a detailed understanding of the UK ticketing industry, know how to use audience segmentation tools and have a great network of contacts. You should be familiar with different ticketing platforms, and able to read and analyse reports to be able to offer sales recommendations directly to producers/promoters and venue teams. With a team of analysis managers reporting directly to you, you will be able to deliver and advise on creative and innovative sales approaches using data insight, audience reporting and analytics platforms to inform campaign strategy across the full portfolio of AKA’s clients.
